It does not form a film on absorbent surfaces, ensuring that the material’s original look and feel remain unchanged. Because it does not create a film layer, it does not block, reduce, or distort the surface’s breathability.

The product does not cause blackening or embossing. It has excellent alkali resistance, making it suitable for use on both new and old concrete surfaces. It prevents efflorescence and staining caused by mortar on pressed bricks, natural or artificial stone, and plastered surfaces. Additionally, by preventing moisture absorption, it helps maintain the building’s thermal insulation performance and protects against corrosion—ultimately extending the lifespan of the structure.
